What is a Mail Back Envelope?
Standard Mail-back Envelopes
A mail-back envelope is a 6 1/4” x 3 1/2” that meets U.S Postal Service standards for mail. These envelopes can be inserted in the back of your offering envelope sets. Members simply place their check offering into the mail-back envelope when they are unable to attend services and drop it into the mail.
Deep Flap Mail-back Envelopes
Deep flap envelopes are available as a #9 envelope or 6 1/4"” x 3 1/2". They have a fold-over flap that covers the entire surface of the envelope. These envelopes also meet U.S. Postal Service standards for mail. The flap provides additional billboard space to give your message impact. Members can fill out selected information which is concealed by the flap, add their check or cash and then drop into the mail.
