Over the past 11 years, Margo Truett has been working to develop the stewardship process at St. Anne Parish, which includes a leadership program for their Stewardship Council, ministry coordinators, and parishioners. During this presentation, she will discuss how we, as stewardship leaders, can adapt some of the current business leadership models to our work in the Church. She will also share some of the tools used and programs she has developed for the stewardship process at St. Anne Parish.
